Waldenstroms: Can severe neck and shoulder pain be due to meds?

Can severe neck and shoulder pain on
Right side be related to my Waldenstroms or
Meds? Aldosterone denolitaring.
New symptoms.

I don’t know your condition but I have Multiple Myloma. 2 years ago I had two bone marrow transplants. Since then until very recently I was on Dexamethasone. My shoulder pain started right after the transplants but got much worse. When I stopped the medication and started therapy it eased off. I am still in therapy and getting better every day.

They do give me dew with infusions. I’ll ask about it next week at next infusion
