May be PSA bounce which is common after radiation or an infection etc .
Are you on Dutasteride for BPH , If so for how long . e.g. If you are on Dutasteride a few years you have to Double your PSA .
Additionally , if your PSA is rising when on this medication -- it is more concerning .
Consult with your Oncologist .
