Hi @noosat1...how did you ever get off sugar? I’m finding it one of the most difficult things to do. Have had PMR since last Oct. have you had any falls? I’ve just had my third one and the bruises are piling up!! Also, has anyone ever heard of Beau’s lines? I’m getting lines on my nails which go across the nail rather than up and down....
