@franie, I started on Tymlos in June of 2023 and, like you, the headache was horrible. So, I decreased my dose for several months before working back up to full dose. I still get a headache soon after the injection but it only lasts about an hour. I found that if I take xtra strength Tylenol just before the injection it helps with the headache. Good luck to you!
