I feel you should probably connect with a naturopath.

That's wonderful, they will provide you with the best treatment for they have no financial bonuses (which should be ILLEGAL)!

Yes, it did for me too. They now tell me I no longer have cirrhosis although I have liver palms. I do not believe a word they say anymore. You can't go from second to last stage and then no cirrhosis. They are aware that I am a charity case now because I no longer work and they can't get big bucks from me so i'm totally cured. RIGHT!

Wow, that is something else. I really don't know what to say. It was my belief that treatment was only indicated if your liver enzymes were high and a liver biopsy indicated treatment. But, maybe the kickbacks are continuing and that would be a doctor's incentive to treat. Sorry you',ve been through so much. Check out The Sunshine Act.

@sueleerock Hi Sue! I may have had slightly elevated liver enzymes prior to the Harvoni treatment, but I definitely did not have a liver biopsy or any liver damage at the time. Today while at work I spent some time researching my medical records prior to taking Harvoni. I was able to find some records going as far back as 2006, but I haven't yet had time to really review everything. I had to gather the records from multiple sources which was time consuming and I also had to get my work done lol. I've saved it all though, so I will dig through it hopefully this weekend. I looked into the Sunshine Act and went onto The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services' website to search for my Harvoni-prescribing doctor. I'm not quite sure what to be looking for on that website, but his name did come up in the search. I wish you all the best with the case you are building for yourself to present to an attorney! God Bless!

Thank you, you are very kind. Remember that the Sunshine Act did not happen until 2014. I don't have access to a computer right now to answer anyone's questions re use of the platform.

In 2017 Yale law school tried to get the information on Harvoni and it was blocked I wonder why google Yale law school and the GHJP and TAG if you want the information or the paper let me know

Hi there! I googled what you said and it looks like TAG and GHJP were able to obtain some important documents including clinical study reports and detailed summaries of study results, as well as study protocols, case report forms on adverse events, and selected correspondence between Gilead and the FDA. But I can't find where these documents were published? Do you happen to know where I could find them? I'd LOVE to read them!

Sue I would like to see what you have also I have saved a lot of information on it I can share it with you also

@sueleerock @friendz4 I would love to see what you both have! When I got sick and my PCP originally thought I had leukemia based on my blood labs, I spent so much time researching blood diseases and blood cancers. I have a wealth of information on those subjects, but I never even considered that this all could be from the Harvoni treatment until recently so I haven't done much research on it yet. I would really appreciate any documents either of you have saved and wouldn't mind sharing. Sue, I realize I will have to wait for yours, but don't forget about me when you get your computer. : )
