Hello friend(: My eye Dr wants me back in a week. The steroids haven't reduced the inflammation & now I have pressure building up suddenly, I need to research on the internet, but he mentioned glaucoma. We've expected early onset of cataracts from the steroids but no sign of them. All I know is my eyes are red, my pupils are dilated. My eyes are so dry they hurt & blinking feels like its scraping my eye. Oh, and I got my new Rx sunglasses today. Im still light sensitive too. The rest of me feels pretty good today. No nap necessary & minimal pain. Hugs to u @piglit

Hello to you my dear friend/ Thanks for letting me know you have been in my thoughts. Hopefully within the week before you see the dr again things may have settled down a little for you. I am starting to worry a bit about my eyes. Its been 3 months & they are getting worse not better. I do love my new sunglasses. I feel a bit famous/celebrity wearing them indoors. I am such a girly girl I really miss wearing eye makeup. Not much point putting it on when my eyes are covered up. I worked in Aveda salons as a haistylist, manicurist & as a makeup artist for 20 yrs. You should see my vanity, I must have 30 eyeshadows, a dozen pencils, and so many mascara's. I got most of it free when I worked at a Bare Escentuals Boutique. I will have to post a picture. I use a 3 tier cupcake stand for my makeup & a drawer and several glass jars. Then there is my nail polish collection, I don't know how many I own, but I do know there is not a single color that exists that I don't have. My 6 year old nephew has argued with his mom at the store and insisted aunt Kerri must have a bottle of polish on 3 seperate occasions. His favorite color is green so of course he gave me green w/glitter first, next was orange w/glitter and most recently 2 bottles, 1 blue/silver glitter & the other rainbow glitter. I think I will put one of Colin's colors on in the morning. He will be thrilled. I am also a shoe girl and every spring I buy a new pair of sandals and this years are so cute. I will have to post a pic of my polished toes in the new sandals. Hugs to you my dear sweet friend.
You sound so much like me. I love makeup, nail polish and shoes too. You can't have enough really don't you think?
Give your eyes time my sweetie and see what the specialist says next week when you go back.

You can never have too many shoes, earrings, makeup, nail polish, perfumes and lotion, and pretty underthings, and hand bags,bracelets, bubblebath, or hugs. Im just impatient. I have been to the eye dr almost every week for 2 & 1/2 months.

1 Reactionit's only understandable that your paitence is wearing thin. and it is so good to have lovely things it makes us all feel good I love perfume too and lotions all of those things. When I feel really down i'll always go and buy a new body lotion and new pj's lol
