knuckle replacement
i recently had knuckles replaced (two) and am doing very well, had an excellent hand surgeon so that we a big part of its success...i am still in the pt phase and am wondering about others having or thinking of having this surgery...i would do it again and again in a split second, the pain pre surgery was becoming unbearable, no pain now...

1 ReactionAre you still doing well after knuckle replacement ? My two middle fingers are getting deformed at upper joint. My hand MD says he could only fuse them. Please let me know how you made out.

I have never heard of knuckle replacement, but it makes sense. I've had two knees replaced. Why not knuckes? Just curious about where you had this done? Mayo?
Hi- I am getting ready to have knuckle replacement on 2 fingers on my left hand and 1 on my right hand. I wanted to find out if anyone else has had this done and how its going. Do you still have good movment?
