Doctor prescribed these two drugs, is this normal?
BUPROPION HCL ORAL AND FLUVOXAMINE ORAL
bupropion hcl oral will increase the level or effect of fluvoxamine oral by affecting hepatic enzyme CYP2D6 metabolism.

@veranopage- Good morning. When my antidepressant really wasn't doing the job of keeping me from being depressed my PCP added Bupropion and it made all the difference in the world for me. Have you begun to take it yet? It might take some time to feel the affects. Do you feel better?

So you are on both? This is not for me, but rather my friend. She has insomnia, sometimes feels nauseated and lightheaded throughout the day, exhausted and with no energy. How can she work?! I need advice. Drugs dont seem to work.

@veranopage- I'm sorry that medicine doesn't work for you. Btw I never take sleeping meds. Has she been to the doctor? Has she tried therapy? What does your friend do during the day?
