Looking for post stroke recovery ideas

i am looking for post stroke arm recovery therapy ideas, I have very limited use of my left arm and hand I have found the recovery therapist group have limited ideas. I am frustrated and have tried traditional therapy. poor results

anyone have experience with bio ness?

ue ranger?

nuero ifrah?

I'm tagging @twptrustrek @catcat @elsinann and @patriciadip on this discussion thread in the hopes that they can offer some ideas on post-stroke recovery.

There seems to be little research on the effectiveness of Bioness, UE Ranger and NeuroIFRAH. What have you heard about these therapies? What traditional therapies have you tried so far?
