Dealing with people is difficult, even though I seem doing well in a glance but it's such a huge effort and so draining. It's so hard to ignore some comment that gets you down. I know it wasn't anyone's intention but still it's a difficult task for me this morning. Slowly forgetting them and moving on....I'll go and do some cooking.

Difficult people can be a real pain. Try to remember they are the one's with issues if they are causing you discomfort. A nice person told me long ago "Don't own what is not yours". At first I was....like...what? Then I realized that everyone has baggage and I just need to deal with mine not theirs.
