You should see a doctor right away. Three years is a long time. It could be anything.

i would suggest an ent specialist as it could be your sinuses. my son suffers from severe sinusitis. he got surgery but after all that trauma, it came back. he went to a dietitcian and he is now a vegetarian, no meat, no dairy, eggs are ok in moderation, no additives or preservatives, no white flour in any form, a quart of freshly squeezed lime juice a day, no shellfish, salmon/tuna fresh not canned, other fresh fish like tilapia, cod, no artificial spices, no salt, watermelon every day and bottled water, sprouted spelt bread is recommended, brown basmati rice, almonds, dates, figs, no oranges, organic apples it was such a different diet than i was used to that he had to do it for himself. he ended up cooking all these meals for the whole family. he also suffers from low blood sugar so he needs to eat small amounts every 2 hrs or he does get terrible headaches and dizziness.

My daughter had those symptoms plus blurred vision. MRI and MRV done and then a spinal tap. She was diagnosed with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension. The CFS fluid builds up in her brain and that's what causes the symptoms. How is your vision? I hope that you found out and have got treatment.

I had those same symptoms and was diagnosed with Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension, previously known as Pseudo Tumor Cerebri.
