leg pains

Posted by Gail Adams @gailadams, Jul 20, 2011

I have leg pains on both legs. They feel when I walk like I have been running for miles. The ache is very painful. Have been to nerve Drs. Had a back operation which was suppose to open the spine so the nerves aren't pinched. That didn't work. Had a left hip replaced hoping that might help. No. So far nada. You name the Dr and I have been to him. Haven't tried neurology yet. Even had a stimulator put in but that helped some but not enough. No one seems to know what the problem is and they have no answers as of yet. I know I have arthritis but that is not the problem. Anyone out there have anything like this

Yes, I have undiagnosed calf pain in both legs. Started in July. Pain is slowly getting better but will come on if I increase the time on my legs too fast. I time my walks and have worked up my time from 2 minutes to 10 ,,,, It took one month to do that. Patience is golden. But never give up. I keep on trying,,,,Let's both keep on trying and asking questions of our doctors,,,, and keep on reading about ones conditions til we get more answers. Keep on keeping on,,,,,,

My doctor told me to increase my supplement of CoQ10 up to 100-200 mg per day for my leg pain. I have tried this and it helps. But check with your doctor first as it might depend on other medications. If your doc says go for it then give it a try,,,
