biceps pain ?

The motion of bending and unbending my elbow when using the computer mouse is causing pain between elbow and shoulder, What can I do about it. is there a way of providing support to the muscle

@lotsofpain, have you had any imaging done or talked with your provider about the pain? Did an injury or accident cause it? I had pain in my left shoulder due to some of the same movements and it was thought to be a pinched nerve (which was there but wasn't the whole problem). I ended up having MRIs, but when the surgery day came they found a torn rotator. In the end, muscle/tendon injuries can be difficult to diagnose. Does yours ever hurt when you are not moving it?

Its actually built up over a number of months. I have major hip and back problems so I tend to sleep in odd positions and Ithink that has caused it, its usually OK if not using it
