Thank you all for your very kind words, much appreciated.
If mayo clinic could please provide me with the following information I would really be grateful:

Is a 50% difference in nerve conduction between left & right within normal range?

That is the biggest question I really need an answer to please. Alternatively please could the mayo clinic chart for the above mentioned test be provided.
I also find it very interesting that the mayo clinic has no email address on their website.

@monc I'm glad that our responses were helpful to you. We all, at one time or another, felt like we were not being heard by doctors and our hearts go out to you in your situation. Please know, however, that Mayo Connect is not the place to obtain diagnostic information or interpretation of test results, you really need to leave that to specialists trained in this area. If you would like a second opinion from a Mayo doctor here is the website that can put you in touch with appointments at Mayo. As you may know, Mayo has locations in Arizona, Florida as well as Minnesota: http://mayocl.in/1mtmR63 Keep in touch and let us know how your search for a diagnosis progresses. Please remember that obtaining a correct diagnosis is often a process that can be a bit arduous, but when you find the answer it is a relief!
