@contentandwell I had to stop with anything containing ginger as even ginger has become too stimulating for me-I guess. I do purchase turmeric fresh and steep it in unsweetened almond milk. Very mild and soothing. I tried turmeric in capsule form and my tummy was not happy with my choice.

@parus Turmeric in milk is called "golden milk" and is a typical Indian drink. Most of the recipes do have ginger in them too but of course there is no reason that you have to include it. I love ginger though. Perhaps you could add just a tad of ginger if you like it too.
I bought turmeric just to be able to make this and somehow I have gotten away from it. I think after this reminder I will resume having it in the evening. I have been drinking a lot of chamomile tea at night.

@contentandwell Now, now JK you are creative in other ways. It can be as rewarding to view what another has done and appreciate thus without envy 🙂😉

@parus I am not envious in a bad way, I just appreciate creativity more than people who are also creative I think. If I am creative in any way I haven't found that yet.

LOL, I hope you won't be disappointed as I'm not nearly as good as Parus. I'm doing it because I enjoy painting, not because I'm good at it. And, you might consider joining a painting class near you where you can check out your creativity. You may be more creative than you know. I'm not ready to post any of my work yet. Perhaps toward the end of this year.

@gailb believe me, I have zero creativity. I once took a dried flower decorating class and my arrangements were always the most expensive because they looked so bad I kept adding stuff to them to try to improve them. I do have other things I am good at though, so I am content with that.

@contentandwell Your description of your dried flower arrangement is definitely creative. Put a smile on my face.

@contentandwell I did not think you were being green in a “bad” way. I was being playful. My guess is you have a keen eye and can tell you have a deep appreciation of what others can do. I like that!

@parus I have a huge appreciation of creativity. I was always impressed by what my son and daughter did, even in grade school! My son has never pursued it but I think he does have some creativity, and my daughter definitely does.

@lioness I want to try the fibro-malic. I added it to my cart and then was lost. I have never ordered online. I am a coward. Maybe will try again if the fog from new med ever lifts. Maybe after the Holidays.
