Please someone tell me the trick to relax severe leg cramps????
Lord, they are lasting 1-2 hours, debilitating pain. Can't walk them off. Starting behind the knees down to my toes. Some curl my toes some point them. Tried stretching, bio feedback relaxation. NO HELP!! HELP!

for the last 3 yrs, whjen i woke up and later in the day when sitting at my pc, I started to have treefold bilateral cramps in toes and both posterior calf and thighs (hamstring). I tried taking supplement soft caplets addressing lack of calcium, magnesium, potassium selenium and other to no avail. Then, I talked to my lumbar neurosurgeon and I asked him if the L2-L3 recent fusion were the root of these cramps old cramps. He replied no, it is electrolytes imbalance. I retorted, I do take the mineral straight in cap form. He replied electrolytes again. Ok, I went home thinking about his answer. I do trust my neurosurgeon and I said to myself how do I get the electrolytes into my system in an effective way ('cause the individual caplets were not delivering what I needed relief). Well, I did some research; the answer was alkaloid water form with enriched electrolytes. The first day I got the stuff home, between lunch and supper, I drank 16 ounces of the electrolyte enriched alkaline water. The next wakeup morning, what had been a ritual at first wake up leg retractions, bilateral posterior leg or thigh severe cramps well it were gone; faith in doctor advice. This is my 4th day of taking the enriched electrolyte. And from now on I will not miss my daily dosage of enriched electrolyte alkaline water. Please notice that the first gulp of the stuff felt like a light burning sensation on my tongue! I guess a differential of voltage born between my taste buds and the passing lytes (they are ionized I gures a battery effect). However, since that first gulp sensation now there is a balance of the lytes even in my tongue!!! This is what worked for me, it may nor work for you LOL. .

It comes in a can and when you shake the can it comes out as a foam. Then you rub it on. He has had leg cramps for 50 plus years. It really works. Good luck.
