Moving Forward: Life After Cancer Treatment

Discuss issues related to cancer survivorship including healthy living, managing ongoing treatment side effects, emotional wellness and follow-up care.

Strengthening Healing: Breathing and Relaxation Exercises (in person only)

Learn introductory breathing techniques and relaxation exercises.

Nutrition for Cancer Survivors (in person only) 

This dietitian-led class reviews current nutrition research related to common questions about sugar, soy, green tea and immune boosting foods.

Nutrition During Cancer Treatment (in person only) 

This dietitian-led class focuses on ways to optimize nutrition during cancer treatment and strategies to improve appetite, reduce nausea and prevent weight loss.

The 10 Minute Artist (in person only) 

Tuesday: 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. 

Create a fun and simple art project. Give yourself permission to be creative!

Healthy Living While on Cancer Treatment

This course will explore lifestyle medicine such as nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness. Will discuss non-pharmacologic options for managing symptoms and treatment side-effects.
