I have type 2 diabetes and really try to deal with it on a daily basis. I eat a lot of vegetables and some fruits like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. My usual reading is around 150 is there anything I can do to improve this number. I am constantly watching my weight which is around 165 I am 5ft 1 and want to lose at least 20 more pounds. I even skip dinner a lot of nights but doesn’t seem to help.
