World Health Day

Today is World Health Day so #LetsTalk. Depression has become center stage in 2017 for a variety of reasons, and it affects people of all ages, from all walks of life, in all countries. Mayo Clinic recommends several tips to cope with depression:

  • Simplify your life
  • Write in a journal
  • Read self-help books
  • Locate helpful groups
