National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month

By Ali Skahan

It’s National Alzheimer’s Awareness Month. Your first thought may be that Alzheimer’s is a more common disease among the elderly, but early onset Alzheimer’s can actually start showing symptoms as early as your 30s.  There is no cure for Alzheimer’s, so early intervention is key. Know what to look for and make sure to speak with your doctor if Alzheimer’s runs in your family.
