Staying Healthy This Halloween

Halloween is one week away, and with all of the candy and sweet treats floating around, your scale may look scarier than your costume. Fortunately, Mayo Clinic’s Nutrition Educator Kristin Johnson has shared some festive fall recipes like, pumpkin chia coconut granola and pumpkin pie overnight oats. Not only are these recipes delicious, but also much friendlier to your waistline and may help you actually fit into your costume!
