As we get older, it’s easy to look back on the years and wonder where the time went. One minute you’re graduating college, the next you’re sending your child off to college. Especially after major life transitions or events, it’s even easier to reflect and begin questioning what your next step might be, but it’s completely normal! Mayo Clinic Health System counselor, Jennifer Wickham, says that sometimes a midlife crisis can invoke feelings of depression, so it’s important to know yourself, and know when you’re not feeling quite like yourself.
