Thanks for sharing. Since stopping my statins my weight is stable but I can’t loose any weight even though I am walking 4 1/2 – 5 1/2 miles one day almost 6 three times a week I don’t have trouble going to sleep but wake up very early and don’t go back to sleep I am so tired Any suggestions
