Are you ready to take the sugar challenge? New dietary guidelines suggest limiting added sugar to less than 10% of calories per day! For many of us that means it’s time to hit the reset button. For two weeks, try removing all added sugar and artificial sweeteners from your diet. While much of this is obvious like baked goods or the sugar in your morning joe, it’s also important to read nutrition labels.
