apparently you have to download an app for this. I have been trying for 30 minutes and still not there!

I hear your frustration @Ronmac and @ADSTEWART! I’ll try to help.

You do have to download the Periscope app first. Here are the links:
iOS https://itunes.apple.com/app/id972909677
Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=tv.periscope.android

After you’ve downloaded the app, search Mayo Clinic.

You won’t miss anything because the video will start playing from the beginning.

Okay, figured out I can only get this on my phone…

That was the missing piece Ron! Glad you got it.

@Ronmac, How was the Periscope? Did you find out something you didn’t know before?

Never was able to get it on my computer and did not want to tie up the phone for an hour after downloading the ap.  Would be nice if we could get it on the computer.

Darn. In theory you should be able to watch in on your desktop computer. I’m going to figure out how and get back to you. @barbara will post the YouTube version of it here, so you can watch it when it’s convenient for you.

In the meantime, perhaps you’d like to connect with another community member @SJG who is talking about pancreatic cancer here: https://connect.mayoclinic.org/discussion/i-have-just-been-diagnosed-with-pancreatic-cancer-1-12-inch-mass/

Hi, Ron ~ Until the YouTube video is available, here is a link to the Q&A on Katch.me: https://katch.me/MayoClinic/v/513032b2-cb43-3bdf-b338-d0397d57d5ea. Or, this link should take you to the web version: https://www.periscope.tv/w/aRS-kTQ2OTA3ODF8MU1ZeE5XV3ZRZU9Ld0v7FZ0GUlZX-7UbZgFJhyNYVvC2Yz3sLuwRtQoYFe0a. If the web version doesn’t work well on your computer, it’s possible it is a browser-related issue. I tend to watch the web versions of Periscope using Chrome. Thank you!
