Cutting Sugar Improves Children’s Health in Just 10 Days

Is it sugar or weight gain from eating sugary foods that does the body the most harm? It looks like sugar is the culprit. A new study showed that by cutting added sugar from their diet, obese children saw improved health in just 10 days, despite losing little or no weight. Sugar Food for thought.
