I am in Canada. I have an 81 year old mother with advanced MS. My brother wonders if the oporation with opening the neck veins would help her. Her veins are listed as not particularly blocked. Just wondering what the statistics are for who exactly this helped and why. Any one had this operation?

I would not go under the knife for ms. Ms is not caused from vein restriction. You can stop the progression and rebuild the damage it has allready caused but you will not find the help from drug companies. If you want more information let me know.
