Separated shoulder

I have had a popped out ac and shoulder joint. I am going to a chiropractor who is getting them back in but 10 minutes after I leave it pops back out. It hurts very bad. I can't put my hair out and I have to do things like showering and dressing different because of pain. My mom says I may need a brace but does anyone else have any other ideas?
