Pericarditis post heart transplant

I am in search of someone who has been through constrictive pericarditis post heart transplant, if you had the surger to strip it off and who the dr. was. I am having a hard time finding a dr. that has experience in stripping the pericaridum in a transplanted heart. Thanks in advance for any info.!!
