Financial Support for Liver Transplant

I am Sharon Z. I am representing my friend, Jerri, with a failing liver. A bad-blood transfusion during the birth of her first child has lead to Hep-C, resulting in her Failing Liver. Jerri has been turned away from two transplant programs in Washington State due a lack of financial where-withal. Any ideas?
