I have a family member that has OCD. She is embarrassed about it, so to honor her privacy, I do not share this information with my friends and extended family members. I support and encourage my loved one, but wish I knew more ways to help her.. It hurts to see her so stressed and I feel like I could use a listening ear and support for myself. Is there anyone who has faced this issue,too? Has anyone had any success with natural supplements in treating OCD? Thank you.
